Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know whether the return was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
