Delivery Policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original payment method.

Delivery Location

The products we offer on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland. Any deliveries outside the UK and Northern Ireland are not currently available. Orders to Northern Ireland and some UK mainland postcodes are subject to a surcharge which is displayed at the checkout stage.

Delivery Time

You will be notified of the estimated delivery time after placing your order. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order on the same day if the order is placed before 2 pm. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched as usual, but delivery is only available on weekdays. Working days means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays and do not offer a Saturday delivery service.


The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. We can also supply products in individual batches.

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website or via the email/text message you receive from our courier.

Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at office@taslim.com.
